    This policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR -, as well as the applicable Romanian legislation, in particular Law no. 190/2018 and Law no. 506/2004.

    The purpose of the website is to present the tourist, cultural, natural, historical and community values of Orotva. The website functions as an informational platform.

    According to its current functioning, the website does not use a contact form, does not allow online user registration, does not send newsletters, does not process online payments and, according to the information provided by the operator, does not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Pixel or other marketing tracking systems.

    Personal data may mainly be processed when a visitor voluntarily contacts the operator by e-mail or telephone. In such cases, the operator may process the data necessary for communication, in particular name, e-mail address, telephone number and any other information voluntarily included in the message.

    The purpose of data processing is to respond to requests sent by visitors, to provide the necessary information and to ensure communication regarding the activity of the association and the information presented on the website.

    The legal basis for processing is the voluntary contact made by the data subject and the legitimate interest of the operator to respond to requests received, to manage the necessary communication and, where applicable, to be able to prove the content of such communication in possible subsequent administrative or legal situations.

    Scop: Stocarea preferințelor de confidențialitate. Fără acest cookie, site-ul te-ar întreba la fiecare reîmprospătare dacă accepți cookies.

    Sunt cookie-uri anonime prin care analizam date despre pagini vizualizate, traseul si actiunile utilizatorilor in site.
